Even when you know parents who have  lost a child, you never dream that one day, you will be one too.  It's my toughest mental marathon.

It's changed the course of my life.

From over 30 years as a pediatrician to running over 111 marathons, and authoring 2 books, a transformation is taking place.

My heart and mission is to help those who are struggling to get through their own mental marathon, to endure and keep running the race.
